“Wonderful experience from the get go. Seamless from the minute we were picked up precisely on time, brought to the balloon site, given our breakfast bag, watched our balloon being prepared for flight, and then we climbed into the basket. You really don’t feel packed in, it’s hard to believe 28 people are on board. Wonderful female pilot, Gülşah went through safety procedures and how to brace for landing.
